Rachael was contracted through Pepper Marketing as a senior marketer, providing key input into the strategic planning of the business’ brands.
Hansells recognised Rachael’s “big picture” approach and her ability to manage the different business departments and people effectively, receiving appreciation from all departments on her project management skills.
The Aunt Betty’s brand was relaunched by Rachael, including tight timings for developing and launching 18 new Xmas and Bakery skus to fulfil capacity requirements on newly purchased machinery.
The major relaunch of the Weight Watchers brand was also managed by Rachael, with 22 skus successfully reformulated & relaunched. Rachael worked with Weight Watchers Australia to ensure all brand and operational requirements were met, resulting in a smooth changeover to gorgeous new packs with minimal write-offs.
Rachael managed the relaunch of the Vitafresh brand with a new, compelling unique selling proposition of “More Vitamin C & less sugar than Orange Juice” and developed a great TV ad.
She relaunched the Hansells Yoghurt range, including the launch of a new, innovative Yoghurt Maker out of China. The success of the new Hansells Yoghurt range has extended the ranging into new global markets, including China, Italy and UK. Rachael project managed the UK launch which ran smoothly.
